Every job has two sides.

The field side is the build. The office side is everything around it: the estimate, the signature, the invoice, chasing the payment, the receipts in the truck. OfficeSide takes the office side, so you can stay in the field.

Field side You

  • Walk the job with the customer
  • Figure out what it takes
  • Do the work
  • Run the crew and the subs

Office side OfficeSide

  • Write the estimate
  • Get it signed
  • Send the invoice
  • Watch for the payment
  • Keep the receipts

From the first walk-through to paid.

  1. Talk it through. Get an estimate.

Describe the work out loud and add a few photos. Estimate with AI drafts the Tasks and writes the scope of work in plain English. Give it your number and it builds the estimate around your price.

Your costs and markup stay private. The customer sees each Task, what it covers, and one price.

  2. Signed online, or right there on your phone.

Send the customer a private link. They confirm with a text code, read the estimate and sign. Standing in their kitchen? They can sign on your phone.

Nothing is final until you countersign. Ask for a deposit on any estimate.

  3. New work goes on a change order.

Signed work is a contract, so it never changes. Found rot behind the wall? Add a new Task. It goes on the next change order, and the customer signs it the same way, with its own deposit if you want one.

  4. Invoice when the work is done.

Pick the finished work and send the invoice. Deposits are credited for you, so nobody pays twice.

Customers pay by card through Stripe, or by Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, check or cash. Card payments mark themselves paid.

  5. Marked paid when the money lands.

Connect your business bank account through Plaid. When a customer’s payment shows up, OfficeSide matches it to the invoice and marks it paid, with Undo. If it isn’t sure, it asks you.

It reads your bank. It can never move money.

  6. Receipts and the books, kept.

Snap a receipt and OfficeSide reads the store and the amount. Charges on your connected cards come in on their own. Each expense goes under a job and a category that lines up with your Schedule C.

And the rest of the office.

Customers and jobs

Every customer, property and job in one place, with the Tasks on each. Add customers straight from your phone’s contacts.

Visits and calendar

Put site visits on the calendar. They show up in your phone’s calendar too.

Job photos

Take photos on the job and keep them with it. Your customer sees them on their job page.

Room for a helper

Add someone to send invoices and snap receipts. Your bank and your money stay yours to see.

Run it from ChatGPT.

Connect OfficeSide to ChatGPT and run the business by chat or voice. Get a morning briefing, start an estimate for a new customer, invoice the week’s finished work, or log a payment.

You choose how much ChatGPT can do: Read-only, Drafting, or Full control. It always asks before anything that can’t be undone.

  • What’s waiting on customers right now?
  • Quote a new customer for a bathroom refit
  • Invoice everything I finished this week
  • Who owes me money?

Coming soon to iPhone.
